WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Update your employment status
Tell us when you start a job, change jobs, go back to school, or are between jobs. Your payments are based on your actual situation, so keeping your status current keeps them accurate.
Enroll in employer autopay
Setup payments to come straight from your paycheck, so you never miss one or have to think about it. Once you're enrolled, your payments adjust with your pay.
Request Payoff (optional)
Want to pay off your plan early? Request a payoff quote to see exactly what you'd owe to close your account today.
UPDATE YOUR STATUS
After graduation, and whenever your job, income, address, or enrollment changes. Fill out the form and update your information.
Enroll in Autopay
What You'll need: Submit your employer's name, your employee ID, payroll or HR contact, and your salary information.
How it works: We'll send you an authorization form to share with your employer's payroll team. Most setups are complete in one pay cycle.
Request a payoff
Want to pay off your Jurna Funding early? Request a payoff quote to see exactly what you oew.
How it works: You send us an email requesting a payoff quote. In 48 hours we will return a payoff quote that is valid for 14 days. There is no penalty for paying early.
I haven't found a job yet. Do I still need to do anything?
Yes, please update your status to "seeking work" so we know where you are.
Can I pay manually instead of through my employer.
Yes, that is possible. Please refer to your funding agreement and reach out to us to discuss bank transfer options. Employer autopay is the most affordable and easiest way to pay.
Is there a penalty for paying off early?
No. You can request a payoff quote and close your plan at any time.
How long does it take to process changes?
Most updates are reviewed within 3 business days. We'll email you once your change is confirmed.
